RALF SCHULZ

MANAGING DIRECTOR, Resolve Legal

Ralf is the Managing Director of Resolve Legal and heads up the Johannesburg office. Ralf spends his time between Pietermaritzburg and Johannesburg, managing both Schulz Attorneys and Resolve Legal. He graduated from the University of the Pretoria with both a Bachelor of Commerce and a LL.B (Law) degrees in 2011. After completing articles at a prominent law firm in Pretoria, Ralf was admitted as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary, in 2013. In 2014, he moved to KwaZulu-Natal to join forces with his father at Schulz Attorneys. Ralf is also a certified Integral Coach with the International Coaching Federation. A deep entrepreneurial drive, together with his broad spectrum of experience, has enabled Ralf to acquire a unique business acumen, well beyond colleagues of his age. His practical, wholistic and solution-driven approach has enabled him to foster solid client relationships throughout his career.

JOYCE MONAMA

Senior Corporate Governance & Company Secretarial Consultant

Joyce Monama is a Senior Corporate Governance & Company Secretarial Consultant at Resolve Corporate Services.

Joyce has been involved as a senior consultant in various corporate finance and legal firms for over three decades, having held senior positions in most of these businesses. She has an extensive knowledge and understanding of both corporate governance and corporate business administration. Her primary areas of focus are statutory compliance and corporate governance.

Junior Company Secretarial Consultant

Tshepiso is a Junior Company Secretarial Consultant at Resolve Corporate Services. She has worked in the compliance space for eight years and is a seasoned administrator.

Tshepiso's primary areas of focus are compliance and administrative functions, with a special focus on Annual Returns and iXBRL conversions.

ANGELA KEYLOCK

Compliance Administrator

Angela is a Compliance Administrator at Resolve Corporate Services. She has worked in the compliance space for over fifteen years, mainly in Audit, Tax and Advisory firms. Angela has gained much knowledge and experience from clients posted in various industries. Angela recently began working in the Annual Returns division at Resolve, which includes the submissions of clients' annual returns, as well as conversion of annual financial statements into the reportable language, iXBRL.

DORETTE VAN DEVENTER

Senior Company Secretarial & Corporate Governance Consultant

Dorette is a Senior Company Secretarial & Corporate Governance Consultant at Resolve Corporate Services. Dorette has been involved in the company secretarial and governance space since 2011. She has recently completed her qualification as Corporate Governance Practitioner with the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa. Dorette has experience managing statutory compliance, corporate governance, board management and minute taking, as well as fulfilling administrative functions in various tax and accounting roles.

CRAIG RAPSON

Legal Advisor

Craig is a Legal Advisor at Resolve Legal Services and operates out of the Johannesburg office. Craig holds both a Bachelor of Commerce in Law and an LLB from the University of Pretoria. Having practiced as an attorney, Craig has experience in both litigation and personal injury matters.

STAN WHITING

Chairman of both Resolve Corporate Services and Resolve Legal Services

Stan is the Chairman of both Resolve Corporate Services and Resolve Legal Services. With over 30 years' experience in corporate advisory, he has consulted to and served as director to various corporates and SMEs, both in South Africa and abroad. Stan's areas of expertise lie in business and strategic development, the facilitation of mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and development funding. Stan obtained a tertiary education at the University of the Witwatersrand (WITS) and the University of South Africa (UNISA) before becoming involved with the ownership and management of a variety of companies across a broad industry spectrum. The experience garnered during this period allowed Stan to ultimately own and operate a successful business and management consultancy practice.

TOBI SUTTNER

Senior Company Secretarial Consultant

Tobi is a Senior Company Secretarial Consultant at Resolve Corporate Services. She has over four decades of company secretarial experience having worked for audit, tax and advisory firms since 1973. For twenty-one years of her working career, prior to joining Resolve, she ran her own secretarial practice.

Tobi is passionate about corporate statutory administration and has gained extensive experience and knowledge in this field.

MATTHEW DELANEY

Director of Resolve Legal Services

Matthew is a Director of Resolve Legal Services and is responsible for both legal and compliance services. Matthew holds both a. Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Pretoria. Matthew is a non-practicing attorney having been admitted as an attorney. of the High Court in 2018. Matthew qualified as an Associate Chartered Governance Professional at the end of 2019.

Having previously practised as an attorney, Matthew has experience in litigation; corporate finance and transaction advisory.

KIRSTIN REDFORD

Managing Director of Resolve Corporate Services

Kirstin is the Managing Director of Resolve Corporate Services and heads up the Johannesburg office. She graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2012. Kirstin then spent a year in the hospitality sector where she managed the corporate governance matters of the company, as well as the fundraising and administration of a rural education trust. She then spent two years in corporate and compliance services, before joining an advisory team as a corporate finance executive. Kirstin subsequently moved to a restaurant group in the QSR space where she managed the governance and compliance matters of the group.

Kirstin qualified as an Associate Chartered Governance Professional at the end of 2014. She completed her post graduate qualifications in Energy, and Environmental and Sustainable Development Law through the Mandela Institute at the University of the Witwatersrand during 2015.
